Are you a recent Civil Engineering graduate or an early-career Site Engineer looking to kick-start your career on iconic infrastructure projects?
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate or Site Engineer to join our growing Civil team in Sydney, working across major bridge and structural infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in bridge construction, structural rehabilitation, bearing replacements, post-tensioning systems, and complex civil engineering works that keep Australia's transport network moving.

About the Role
Working alongside experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning and delivery of bridge and structural works
Supporting post-tensioning and bearing replacement activities
Coordinating subcontractors and site crews
Monitoring quality, safety, and environmental compliance
Managing site documentation and project reporting
Assisting with project scheduling and progress tracking
Participating in inspections and site investigations
Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Essential
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (completed or nearing completion)
0-5 years' industry experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Genuine interest in construction and infrastructure projects
Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
Willingness to travel as project requirements arise
Desirable
Exposure to site-based construction projects
Understanding of project management principles
Experience working on bridges, structures, roads, or related civil infrastructure projects
Graduate Engineers and early-career Site Engineers are encouraged to apply
