Freyssinet Australia is currently seeking skilled and motivated Protective Coatings Applicators to join our Remedial Division based in Sydney. We’re working on several exciting projects in and around some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, and we’re looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and safety.

We are open to hearing from both experienced professionals and individuals who are new to the industry but bring the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application of industrial spray painting and protective coatings to specification

• Sandblasting and surface preparation using mechanical and power tools

• Setup and operation of painting and blasting equipment, such as blast pots and airless spray pumps

• Performing work in environments with hazardous materials and coatings

• Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards across all tasks

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (preferred)

• Experience in protective coatings, spray painting, and surface prep

• Sound knowledge of application techniques and equipment

• Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration

• High-risk work tickets (such as EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space) are highly regarded

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
