Supervisor Role Responsibilities – Project Leadership and Operations

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor and manage site compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting and enforcing best practices at all times.
• Allocate resources effectively, overseeing labor, materials, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that supports high performance, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Identify and resolve problems on site, using strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and reporting of project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture.

Supervisor Qualifications and Skills – Construction and Remediation Focus

• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within the civil, remedial, or construction sectors.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related disciplines are desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of site safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience leading diverse teams.
